The Popularity of Coaching

Coaching has become quite popular recently. As of 2023, the coaching industry had an estimated market size of $5.34 billion and it is expected to reach $6.25 billion in 2024. This demonstrates how many people are seeking support to help them navigate through life transitions and to better achieve their goals.

In this episode of the Essential Oil Revolution, Melissa Holman, CLC, RA, CECP discuss more about coaching. She describes how transformational coaching offers a unique approach that differs from traditional health and life coaching. She also shares with us the power of blending essential oils with transformational coaching to create lasting change. It is a potent combination that allows one to unlock stuck emotions and release limiting beliefs that hold them back.

Melissa is an esteemed Registered Aromatherapist, Certified Holistic Life Coach and Master Transformational Coach, Energy Healer, Connector, Podcaster, International Speaker, Educator, and Mind-Body practitioner. In 2022, Melissa was listed as one of the most influential aromatherapists in the world.

Melissa has her own podcast, Aromatic Chat, which I have been following since prior to hosting the Essential Oil Revolution. Her show’s mission is to connect the listener to incredible aromatherapists. She also advocates for the importance of clinical aromatherapy, aromatic history, the power of aromatic connection, and sustainability.

Melissa combines her extensive knowledge, personal experience, and wisdom gleaned from her own healing journey with her education and expertise in coaching, energetic healing, aromatherapy, and holistic medicine to fulfill her passion of going deep with others and helping them succeed. She specializes in working with the broken, exhausted, hopeless, and overwhelmed and helps them to Reframe, Restore, and Refresh their Well-being.

If you are interested in going deeper and getting to the root of many physical and emotional issues by correcting beliefs, not just changing habits, this is the show for you!
