For those who do not know, yesterday, our founder, Gary Young passed.

Below is my tribute.

For all who use the oils, rest assured, I will continue to do my research and spread what Gary Young taught… the power of the missing link in medicine…essential oils.

I do not usually post my feelings and keep things business, but this beautiful evening, I must. To Gary Young, Young Living Members, Young Living Staff, his family, my family, my friends, my heart is with you as we share in the celebration of Gary Young’s life and thank him for his legacy.

I never believed in whoo-whoo medicine. I thought when my mom came to me with essential oils, she went bat crazy! After reading the science and being “forced” to try them, I couldn’t deny it… the oils worked.

I had to find out why!

When I heard Gary Young speak, his knowledge and passion for the oils inspired me to find out the science and become a ND.

Sometimes the truth is indescribable, sometimes the words can’t match the love and knowing of the heart, but those who recognize it and have courage, follow it.

I knew that Gary was the real deal when I met him.

Gary made sure that his oils weren’t just available to doctors. He made them equally available to everyone. He wanted everyone to experience the miracle of essential oils. For these reasons, Young Living only produces oils that are safe, pure, and quality from seed to seal. Gary Young put out the best so he could sleep knowing he helped all he loved.

All essential oils lovers owe Gary their gratitude, even if they do not use his oils, he ignited every oil company to strive for excellence. Today, as my friend Lori says, “Heaven gained an angel.”

Gary knew that his company is in good hands and his mission is carried forth with Jared, Mary, his sons, and his team. Now, he can rest in peace and smile.

Gary, you stood in the arena, you made a difference. You took the slings and arrows and kept going. You stayed with your passion and truth.

I feel sorry they will never experience the heart of you. But through our members, maybe they will.

Thank you Jared, Mary, and the Young family for keeping the legacy going.

Don’t forget why we share these oils and/or use them for ourselves and our loved ones.

With every drop, Gary Young will live on forever.
