Welcome August!

Earlier this week, I sent out my latest post in my newsletter. It was on the calming scent of essential oils for little ones and the importance of using non-toxic products during critical stages of development.

As mentioned, I’ll be taking some time off from posting to complete some projects these next few months, but I want to keep those who receive my newsletter updated with oily information.

For this reason, my subscribers will continue to receive E-tips on optimizing their health, and, exclusive, password protected articles.

This week, I’m giving access to a previous post from one of my past programs where I highlight several featured products for keeping the immune system strong. The post is from last fall, but it is relevant for maintaining wellness into summer’s end and moving into the school year. I will keep it available for the month to all my subscribers.

To read it, click here and use the code found in this weekend’s E-blast.

If you want access to my personal recommendations and password protected posts on holistic health tools for the next few months, feel free to subscribe. It’s free!

Just remember, that the research on my website is not exclusive to one company, but it is research on the compounds found in them, unless stated.

Have a beautiful rest of your summer!

*Safety reminder: Please use essential oils and all natural products wisely. For additional safety and medical information, be sure to visit my essential oils database. This includes a full category on how to use essential oils safely and potential drug interactions that can occur. Also, be extra sure to check with your doctor if you have a seizure disorder. The Epilepsy Society of the UK lists certain essential oils implicated for their antiseizure effect as well as those that have stimulating properties.

If you and/or your physician are interested in consulting with me to assist with supporting the integration of essential oils safely into a therapeutic protocol, essential oils consultations are available.
