Toluene, made from petroleum or coal tar, and found in most synthetic fragrances. Chronic exposure linked to anemia, lowered blood cell count, liver or kidney damage, and may affect a developing fetus.
Mineral Oil, Paraffin, and Petrolatum, these products coat your skin like plastic, clogging pores and creating a build-up of toxins. They also slow cellular development, which can cause you to show earlier signs of aging, and are a suspected cause of cancer and disruption to hormonal activity.

Few regions in the world have an organic farming system as sustainable and productive as the traditional milpa or “three sisters” organic corn fields of Mexico and Central America. The Mayan milpa tradition is the planting of heirloom varieties of corn in mounds or raised beds, intercropped with biologically complimentary species such as beans and squash, fertilized through natural processes, weeded, harvested and hulled by hand and tended individually. The ancient milpa tradition, in fact, has produced traditional varieties that are healthier and more pest-resistant than modern chemical and water-intensive hybrid and GMO varieties. There are over 20,000 varieties of corn in Mexico and Central America. In southern and central Mexico approximately 5,000 varieties have been identified. In one village in Oaxaca, researchers have identified 17 different micro-environments where 26 varieties of corn are growing.

Influenza illness and its complications follow infection with influenza viruses. Global
surveillance of influenza identifies yearly antigenic variants. For example, since 1977
antigenic variants of influenza A (H1N1 and H3N2) and influenza B viruses have been in
global circulation. Specific levels of hemagglutination inhibition (HI) antibody titers
post-vaccination with inactivated influenza virus vaccine have not been correlated with

protection from influenza virus. In some human studies, antibody titers of 1:40 or greater
have been associated with protection from influenza illness in up to 50% of subjects.3,4
Antibody against one influenza virus type or subtype confers limited or no protection
against another. Furthermore, antibody to one antigenic variant of influenza virus might
not protect against a new antigenic variant of the same type or subtype. Frequent
development of antigenic variants through antigenic drift is the virologic basis for
seasonal epidemics and the reason for the usual change to one or more new strains in each
year’s influenza vaccine.
Translation: If the antibody’s achieve 100% effectiveness in your body, it will work 50% of the time.
There are several primary ways that green tea, and also green tea extract, may help prevent cancer:
- Green tea extract works by affecting actin remodeling, an event that allows cancer cells to move and invade nearby healthy tissue.

Synthetic progestins are not the same as progesterone, and reporting on them as if they confer the same risks and benefits is absurd.
I’m talking about the study in the New England Journal of Medicine dated February 5, 2009, which concludes that hormone therapy doubles the risk of breast cancer. Specifically, women past menopause who take both estrogen and progestin (such as in the form of Prempro) for five years or more have twice the risk of developing breast cancer. When these same women stopped their combination hormone formula, the number of breast cancer incidents dropped by about 28 percent within the first year.

A recent study on cardio respiratory fitness (CRF) looked at over 3,400 women and 16,800 men.7 This study found PA levels necessary to sustain healthy CRF levels started to decline at an accelerated rate after 45 years of age. Being physically active, not smoking and maintaining a low body mass index were all associated with higher CRF scores across the adult lifespan. According to a study of US women reported on in 2008, 47-62% of premature deaths in America can be attributed to a combination of smoking, being overweight, lack of PA, and low diet quality.8 Additionally, it is estimated that between 164,000-222,000 deaths can be attributed directly to physical inactivity.9
The article recommends the importance of doctors PRESCRIBING 50 minutes of physical activity a day to prevent chronic disease.

Your body absorbs more chlorine, and more importantly disinfection byproducts, by swimming in a chlorinated pool than you would by drinking tap water for one week. Disinfection byproducts (DBPs) are far more serious than chlorine. They form when the chlorine in your pool water reacts with organic matter such as skin and hair.
One group of these DBPs, trihalomethanes (THMs), can be found in higher levels in swimming pools than in unfiltered tap water. They’re a major problem because they hover in the air just above the pool water, and you breathe them in when you swim.
- Chlorine DBPs can cause weakening of your immune system, disruptions to your central nervous system, damaging effects to your cardiovascular system, unhealthy functioning of your renal system and harmful impacts to your respiratory system
- In a 2007 study, participants who drank chlorinated water had a 35 percent greater risk of bladder cancer than those who didn’t, while those who swam in chlorinated pools had a 57 percent greater
“It would be wise to swap – the federal government should use the normal vaccine and make its own doses available to those who should be using the better-tested vaccine. We know the effects of the various ingredients in adjuvant vaccines but not the combined effect. It’s understandable that people are wary of getting jabs of drug cocktails.”
Pandemrix contains the booster adjuvant squalene, and many German physicians have recommended that young children not receive the adjuvanted vaccine. Germany’s inoculation program for H1N1 began Monday, and the German population is angry that there are two different immunizations shots for people, with the riskier one going to the general public. Cevlapan is made by Baxter, does not contain an adjuvant, and is believed to have less adverse side effects than Pandremix.
Here are just a few adverse reactions listed in the package insert from MedImmune’s Intranasal “live” vaccine (the one you see being administered up children’s noses on TV):
- Guillian-Barre syndrome
- Exacerbation of symptoms of mitochondrial encephalomyopathy
- Gastrointestinal disorders
- Immune system disorders, including anaphylactic reaction
The insert includes a disclaimer that it’s not possible to “reliably estimate” the frequency of these reactions or to establish a “causal relationship” to the vaccine, but the point is, they were reported reactions that the manufacture was required to list.
Anaphylaxis is an allergic response to exposure to an allergen, a non-pathogenic (i.e. not a germ or a fungus) substance that’s capable of triggering a response from the immune system. For some people, pollen is an allergen. For others, peanut protein is.
Why some people are allergic to some things and others are not isn’t clear. But when a person with an allergy encounters the specific allergen, his or her immune system generates a type of antibodies that trigger the release of histamines into their system, says Dr. Scott Halperin, a vaccine expert at Dalhousie University. Histamines induce the response.
Most flu vaccine – and all the flu vaccine used in Canada – is produced in eggs. If there was residual egg protein in the vaccine it could trigger an allergic response in people with egg allergies, he says.
With the combined measles, mumps and rubella vaccine, reactions have occurred that are believed to be due to an antibiotic that is used in the production process, Halperin says.
However, according to Dr. Shiv Chopra, the excessive reactions to a certain batch of Glaxo’s H1N1 vaccine cannot be ascribed to “anaphylaxis.”
For the occurrence of anaphylaxis, which is a serious and potentially deadly hypersensitivity reaction in individuals receiving an antigenic material, there must be a pre-existing hyper-allergenic disposition to the substance, due to one or more previous exposures to the same antigenic material in the individuals concerned.
Chopra believes that in the present situation, that would be virtually impossible, unless the antigens in the present instance are reacting to the antibodies produced by some previously received seasonal flu vaccines.
On the other hand, the excessive reaction could conceivably be due to a greater toxicity, instead of hypersensitivity, of the “N” (neuraminadase), or some such component of the H1N1 viral strain Glaxo employed to manufacture the batch in question.
Also-please check the listings on vaccine package insert, this particular brand of vaccine has unconfirmed issues with fetal deformities.
Adverse reactions such as miscarriages, allergic reactions, paralysis or even death after vaccination are especially tragic when you consider the fact that the real danger of the swine flu itself is so minimal.
I, for one, am truly curious about what kinds of “investigations” have been done, and how they’ve been able to completely rule out the vaccine as a potential cause of all those side effects and deaths.
I find it very interesting that if someone exhibits flu like symptoms and then dies, they officially died from the swine flu, even though the CDC no longer requires lab testing to verify infection.
And when someone dies shortly after receiving the flu shot, they died from some underlying cause that would have crippled or killed them anyway, no matter how young or healthy they were prior to the shot!
This kind of unscientific, illogical nonsense is downright infuriating.

What is the difference between efficacy and effectiveness? Nasty trick? Efficacy means the vaccines increased antibody titers, effectiveness means the H1N1vaccination offered protection.
Fifty-one studies with 294,159 observations were included. Sixteen RCTs and 18 cohort studies were included in the analysis of vaccine efficacy and effectiveness. From RCTs, live vaccines showed an efficacy of 82% (95% confidence interval (CI) 71% to 89%) and an effectiveness of 33% (95% CI 28% to 38%) in children older than two compared with placebo or no intervention. Inactivated vaccines had a lower efficacy of 59% (95% CI 41% to 71%) than live vaccines but similar effectiveness: 36% (95% CI 24% to 46%). In children under two, the efficacy of inactivated vaccine was similar to placebo. Variability in study design and presentation of data was such that a meta-analysis of safety outcome data was not feasible. Extensive evidence of reporting bias of safety outcomes from trials of live attenuated vaccines impeded meaningful analysis.
Influenza vaccines are efficacious in children older than two but little evidence is available for children under two. There was a marked difference between vaccine efficacy and effectiveness. No safety comparisons could be carried out, emphasizing the need for standardisation of methods and presentation of vaccine safety data in future studies. It was surprising to find only one study of inactivated vaccine in children under two years, given current recommendations to vaccinate healthy children from six months old in the USA and Canada. If immunisation in children is to be recommended as a public health policy, large-scale studies assessing important outcomes and directly comparing vaccine types are urgently required.
New scientific research finding doubts that Tamiflu is an effective public health drug to manage complications. Tamiflu may only shorten duration of symptoms by one day. British Medical Journal doubts Kaiser paper on 59% reduction and finds it questionable.
Dr Jefferson told Channel 4 News: “We didn’t find any convincing evidence that Tamiflu affects complications such as as hospitalisations and chest infections.”
Dr Fiona Godlee, editor-in-chief of the BMJ, says this leaves important questions about effectiveness unresolved.
She said: “I think we’re now in a situation where the evidence base for Tamiflu is far from compelling. Really, government needs to get to grips with this and to understand the truth around the evidence, given that this is a drug on which vast sums of public money have been spent.”
Little attention has been paid to the function of lipoproteins as part of a nonspecific immune
defense system that binds and inactivates microbes and their toxins effectively by complex formation.
Because of high extra-capillary tissue pressure, aggregates of such complexes may be trapped in vasa vasorum
of the major arteries. This complex formation and aggregation may be enhanced by hyperhomocysteinemia,
because homocysteine thiolactone reacts with the free amino groups of apo-B to form homocysteinylated
low-density lipoprotein (LDL), which is subject to spontaneous precipitation in vitro. Obstruction of the
circulation in vasa vasorum, caused by the aggregated complexes, may result in local ischemia in the arterial
wall, intramural cell death, bursting of the capillary, and escape of microorganisms into the intima, all of
which lead to inflammation and creation of vulnerable plaques. The presence of homocysteinylated LDL
and oxidized LDL stimulates production of LDL autoantibodies, which may start a vicious circle by
increasing the complex formation and aggregation of lipoproteins. The content of necrotic debris and
leukocytes and the higher temperature than its surroundings give the vulnerable plaque some characteristics
of a micro-abscess that by rupturing may initiate an occluding thrombosis. This suggested chain of events
explains why many of the clinical symptoms and laboratory findings in acute myocardial infarction are
similar to those seen in infectious diseases.
My biochemical knowledge was still intact at that time and I knew that cholesterol was one of the most important molecules in your body, indispensable for the building of your cells and for producing stress and sex hormones as well as vitamin D.
The idea that cholesterol in the blood should kill us if its concentration is a little higher than normal, as they wrote in the Framingham paper, seemed to me just as silly as to claim that yellow fingers cause lung cancer.

Results: Fifteen different classes of bacteria and a broad range of potentially pathogenic organisms were detected in all cigarette samples. Most notably, we detected Acinetobacter, Bacillus, Burkholderia, Clostridium, Klebsiella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Serratia in ? 90% of all cigarette samples.
