Christmas is Almost Here

We are now in a single digit countdown to Christmas and seasonal festivities are in full swing. Although many are feeling the excitement leading up to the holidays, others also experience a spike in stress levels.

It’s been my goal to provide you with various health resources that emphasize the use of essential oils to aid you through the challenges of the holidays. These aromatic allies are my most recommended modalities to my clients to ease the tension caused by their overbooked holiday schedules.

This is because, essential oils are:

  • easily accessible
  • integrate with other modalities
  • aromatic, acting right at the origin of stress, specifically at the level of perception of the mind

Simultaneously, the biological properties of essential oils help to re-balance the nervous system and hormonal environment from being in a state of dis-ease.
